Beginning with a Steam-Treated Plank of Premium North American Walnut, Each Music City Custom Solid Shell Is Shaped Using an Old-World Crafting Technique Derived from Ship-Building. Pearl’s Music City Custom Solid Shell Snare Drums are uniquely refined, American made percussion instruments crafted with time honored precision. Using an old world technique derived from the shipbuilding trade, each solid shell is meticulously hand-formed from a steam treated plank of premium North American lumber.
Each Music City Custom Solid Shell Snare is then drilled with CNC precision before being hand finished and assembled by our Custom Shop team in Nashville, TN.
The natural beauty of each shell is further refined with a hand-rubbed oil finish available in a choice of standard Nashville Natural or with one of our exceptional, exotic inlay options. Pearl’s Music City Custom Solid Shell Snare Drums are truly instruments elevated above all others.
